Choose the same option you used when you created your account. If you’re unsure, use this guide:
- Microsoft — your company uses Microsoft 365, Outlook, or Entra ID.
- Google — you originally signed up using Google.
- Email — you created an email + password for eZ Positive Pay.
If you see “account not found,” try the other option you may have used originally.
When using Google or Microsoft, you’ll be redirected to them — we never see your password.
